Management Team

Yuanbo Guo

Yuanbo is the founder and CEO of Vultara.


Yuanbo has spent over 10 years in the automotive industry and management consulting.


Previously, Yuanbo was a management consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), where he helped build product security departments for clients in various industries such as heavy machinery, aerospace, consumer electronics, and medical device.


Prior to EY, Yuanbo was the head of product cybersecurity department at Magna Electronics (ME), responsible for securing all product lines globally. He built the product cybersecurity team from ground up, making Magna one of the first few automotive companies in the world that has in-house product cybersecurity capability.


Prior to ME, Yuanbo held different engineering and research roles at Magna E-Car, Toyota Technical Center, and DensePower.


Yuanbo is a Joint Working Group member of the ISO/SAE 21434 committee, currently serving as a co-chair in the TAF/CAL group (PAS 8475). He is an active member of the SAE Vehicle Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Committee (prior SAE J3061).


Yuanbo holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Marc Rosenmayr

Marc brings more than 20 years of automotive experience in building and leading global teams in the automotive industry with a strong focus on developing innovative products to meet the latest technology trends.


Marc was the Chief Technology Officer at Motherson Innovations, the global R&D organization of the Motherson Group, an international Tier1 automotive supplier with 9B$ annual revenue. Prior to this position, Marc was the Chief Executive Officer at HELLA Electronics Corp. (now part of FORVIA), responsible for development and operations in the Americas.


As an independent mobility advisor with an extensive business and technical background, he now supports a variety of clients, from early-stage startups to large enterprises, for topics like innovation and business strategy, technology roadmaps, future mobility solutions and open innovation engagement.


Marc holds a Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering from the ETH Zurich in Switzerland.

Quincy Castro

Quincy is a cybersecurity executive with over 10 years of experience in both offensive and defensive cyber operations, and currently serves as an Advisor for Vultara.


Currently, Quincy serves as Chief Information Security Officer of Mountain View-based software startup Redis. 


Previously, Quincy served as CISO of Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB), a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm supplying OEM vehicles, embedded electronic systems, and software services to the global rail, transport, and mining industries. 


Prior to Wabtec, Quincy served as CISO of General Electric’s Transportation business unit (NYSE: GE) and has held various roles at General Electric and in the US government.


Quincy holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Washington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
